Who we are

DDMS Global — Demigod Dis-Mantling — is an industrial dismantling, decommissioning and asset-recovery contractor. We work inside operating plants, on high-consequence structures and against programmes where failure is not an option that can be absorbed.

Most demolition contractors sell removal. We sell control. The difference shows up in the questions we ask before mobilisation: how does this structure actually carry load in its current, corroded, twice-modified condition — not as designed. What does the drawing set fail to record. Where does the sequence become unstable, and what temporary works are needed before that point. Which components have a second life worth protecting, and which grades of material will be destroyed the moment they are mixed.

That discipline exists because of where we work. A significant share of our scope is executed adjacent to live production — inside refinery boundaries, alongside energised switchgear, thirty metres from a running kiln line, above an operating dry dock. In those environments the method statement is not a compliance artefact. It is the reason the plant beside you is still producing at the end of the shift.

We are engineers first. Our teams include structural engineers, lift engineers, process and HSE specialists alongside the machine operators, riggers and supervisors who execute. Method development, temporary works design, lift engineering and waste characterisation are done in-house, which means the person who wrote the sequence is reachable when the site finds something the survey did not.

And we are recovery-led. Dismantling produces enormous material value, and most of it is destroyed by careless handling in the first hour. Our crews are briefed on grade separation the way they are briefed on safety, because a mixed pile is money that cannot be recovered downstream at any price.

DDMS Global site operations across multiple work fronts
Vision

To be the contractor that owners of the world's most complex industrial assets call when the structure is difficult, the environment is live, and the consequence of getting it wrong is unacceptable.

Mission

To dismantle industrial assets safely, recover the maximum value they still hold, and return every site to its owner in a condition that is documented, certified and genuinely finished.

Core values

These are not aspirational statements. Each one describes a decision we have made repeatedly, including on occasions where it cost us commercially.

01

Safety is not a priority

Priorities can be reordered under pressure. Safety is a precondition — the state that must exist before work is permitted to begin. Every DDMS Global operative holds unconditional stop-work authority, exercisable without justification and without consequence.

02

Engineer before you execute

Load paths are traced, temporary works are designed, lifts are calculated and sequences are drawn before mobilisation. Nothing on our sites is improvised, and no crew is asked to solve on site a problem that should have been solved at the desk.

03

Recovery is execution, not an afterthought

Value is created or destroyed in the first hour of handling. Segregation at the work front, reuse identification at survey stage and weighbridge-backed reconciliation are core scope — not a commercial adjustment made at the gate.

04

Evidence, continuously

Permits, isolations, lift plans, manifests and monitoring records are compiled as the work happens. Close-out is a submission of documents that already exist, never a reconstruction of what people remember.

05

Tell the client the difficult thing

Undeclared contamination, unrecorded modifications, unrealistic programmes and methods that will not work — we raise them early and in writing. Owners consistently tell us this is why they return.

06

Leave it finished

A cleared site is not a finished site. Surveyed, levelled, certified, documented and inspectable is finished — and that is the only condition in which we hand over.

Our history

2008

Founded

Established as a specialist industrial dismantling contractor serving heavy industry and construction clients across northern India.

2011

First steel plant programme

Awarded a full mill dismantling scope inside a producing integrated steel plant — the work that defined our live-plant methodology.

2014

In-house engineering established

Structural and lift engineering brought in-house, ending reliance on third-party method development and shortening response to site discoveries.

2017

ISO integrated management system

ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 certification achieved as a single integrated system across all operations.

2019

Petrochemical decommissioning capability

De-inventory, chemical cleaning and gas-freeing capability added, enabling turnkey process facility decommissioning.

2021

International relocation division

Cross-border equipment relocation launched, delivering full-cycle line moves with reassembly and commissioning support.

2023

Four million injury-free hours

Passed four million consecutive man-hours worked without a lost-time injury across all live project sites.

2025

DDMS Global

Rebranded as DDMS Global — Demigod Dis-Mantling — consolidating dismantling, decommissioning, recovery and consultancy under one international identity.

Why DDMS Global

Six operating principles that separate an engineered dismantling programme from a demolition quote — and that clients tell us they only recognise the value of afterwards.

Engineering in-house

Structural, lift and process engineering under our own roof

Engineering in-house

Method statements, temporary works, lift plans and load-path analysis are produced by our own engineers. When a site finds something the survey missed, the person who wrote the sequence is reachable that hour — not the following week through a subcontract chain.

Assurance

Our management system is certified as a single integrated framework rather than three separate standards bolted together — and it integrates with your permit, isolation and contractor systems on every deployment.

Work with us

Bring us the asset everyone else has quoted around.

We survey first, engineer second and price third — in that order, because reversing it is how dismantling projects go wrong.
