01

Industrial Dismantling

Component-level removal of production assets inside live and shutdown facilities.

  • Structural steelwork and frame dismantling
  • Steel structure and rolling mill dismantling
  • Heavy machinery and plant dismantling
  • Process vessel, column and reactor removal
  • Conveyor, silo and material handling systems
  • Furnace, kiln and refractory strip-out
02

Plant Decommissioning

End-to-end retirement of process facilities from final shutdown to certified clearance.

  • Refinery and petrochemical unit decommissioning
  • Chemical plant retirement and de-inventory
  • Power station and boiler house decommissioning
  • Tank farm cleaning, degassing and demolition
  • Process pipework isolation and drainage
  • Residual product removal and neutralisation
03

Structural Demolition

Engineered removal of heavy structures in constrained and sensitive environments.

  • High-reach mechanical demolition to 65 m
  • Progressive and top-down structural takedown
  • Silo, stack, hopper and bunker demolition
  • Reinforced concrete and foundation removal
  • Heavy steel frame and gantry demolition
  • Confined and party-wall demolition
04

Heavy Lifting & Rigging

Engineered lift planning and execution for critical and oversized industrial loads.

  • Critical lift planning and engineering
  • Multi-crane tandem and synchronised lifts

Asset Recovery & Scrap Management

Value recovery from retired industrial assets through disciplined segregation and routing.

  • Reusable asset identification and valuation
  • Ferrous and non-ferrous segregation at source
  • Alloy grading and specialty metal recovery
  • Structural steel recovery for direct reuse
  • Cable, motor and transformer recovery

06

Equipment Relocation

Plant and machinery moved between sites, countries and continents — and recommissioned.

  • Complete production line relocation
  • Machine tool and press relocation
  • Match-marking and reassembly documentation
  • Preservation, protective packing and crating
  • Export packing and multimodal logistics
  • Customs, documentation and freight coordination
07

Compliant handling, segregation and disposal of every stream a dismantling site produces.

  • Waste characterisation and classification
  • Source segregation and stream management
  • Hazardous waste handling and consignment
  • Asbestos survey coordination and clearance
  • Contaminated soil handling and remediation
  • Dust, noise and vibration control
08

Engineering Consultancy

Independent advisory on dismantling strategy, method, cost, risk and feasibility.

  • Decommissioning feasibility studies
  • Dismantling method development
  • Cost modelling and budget estimation
  • Structural and load-path assessment
  • Temporary works design
  • Risk assessment and HAZID facilitation
How we work

Each stage has a defined output and a hold point. Nothing advances until the evidence the next stage depends on actually exists.

Stage 01

Site Survey & Asset Assessment

A full physical survey of the structure, the process and the environment around them. We record actual condition rather than designed condition — corrosion, undocumented modification, residual contents, contaminated ground — and reconcile it against the client's drawing set, which on legacy plant is very often out of date.

Stage outputs

  • Condition and dimensional survey
  • Hazard and inventory register
  • Recovery valuation
  • Access and constraint mapping
Site Survey & Asset Assessment
01
Commercial models

We survey before we price, because the right commercial structure depends on what the asset actually contains — and that is not knowable from a drawing set.

Lump sum

Fixed price against a defined scope and end state. Appropriate where the survey has resolved the significant unknowns and the programme is stable.

Schedule of rates

Rate-based delivery for scopes where quantities cannot be fixed at award — typically phased decommissioning and discovery-heavy brownfield work.

Recovery offset

Assessed recovery value reduces the net project cost, with weighbridge-verified reconciliation at close-out rather than a single opaque net figure.

Target cost

Shared-risk structures with an agreed target and defined pain/gain mechanism, used on long programmes where collaboration materially affects outcome.

Scoping

Not sure which capability your project needs?

Most programmes need three or four. Describe the asset and the constraint — we will tell you what the scope actually is, including the parts nobody has priced yet.
