Heavy industrial dismantling is not an easy career and we do not present it as one. It is technically demanding, physically real, occasionally uncomfortable, and it puts you in environments most engineers only read about. It is also one of the few disciplines left where the work you did is visibly, permanently true at the end of it.
Engineering is respected here
Method development, temporary works and lift engineering are in-house and central. Engineers on our sites are not producing compliance paperwork — they are producing the sequence the work actually follows.
Stop-work authority is real
Every person on site can stop work without justification. It is briefed at induction and it has never been treated as a discipline matter. If that sounds like a slogan where you are now, it is not one here.
Competence is invested in
Rigging, appointed person, confined space, structural appraisal and supervisory qualifications are funded and scheduled into working time, not left as something to arrange around a rota.
Sites are structured, not chaotic
Sequences are engineered, permits are in place and the plan exists before mobilisation. Organised sites are safer sites, and they are considerably better places to spend a career.

- Structured competence development with funded certification
- Project allowances and mobilisation support for site-based roles
- Comprehensive medical cover including dependants
- Rotational patterns with guaranteed home time on extended deployments
- Direct progression routes from operative to supervisor to project engineer
- Full PPE and specialist equipment provision, replaced on condition not on schedule

Nothing that fits?
We hire good people ahead of specific vacancies more often than we advertise. If you have heavy industrial dismantling, decommissioning, lifting or structural demolition experience, send a CV and tell us what you want to be doing in three years.

Want to know what a rotation actually looks like?
Ask us. We would rather answer the difficult questions before you join than after.
